Tevez sees red as Argentina are beaten by Columbia
Carlos Tevez was sent-off as Argentina suffered their first defeat of the World Cup qualifying campaign when Colombia fought back from a goal down to secure a 2-1 victory on Tuesday.
Tevez saw red after 24 minutes after clashing with Colombia defender Ruben Bustos before Lionel Messi’s brilliant solo goal handed Argentina the lead 10 minutes later.
Bustos curled home a brilliant second-half free-kick to level the match before Dairo Moreno scored eight minutes from time to seal the win.
