Agent Forlan comes back to haunt Liverpool

The date was 1 Dec, 2002, when Diego Forlan’s two second half goals at Anfield were enough to overcome Liverpool. Forlan was not very successful at United, but that performance by the Uruguayan will always be remembered by our fans.
Last night in the UEFA Europa League semi-final first leg between Atletico Madrid and Liverpool, Forlan scored the only goal of the match to give his current side big advantage. Seems Forlan’s doing his bit to make sure the Scousers finish another season without any silverware.
